The Emerald stroke tier includes 4-star hotel accommodation. For outpatient programs without accommodation, our team books comfortable hotels near the hospital at negotiated rates.
Family can accompany patients throughout the stay. We assist with nearby hotels or serviced apartments, and with daily logistics such as SIM cards, transport and interpretation.
Customized dietary meals are included in the Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers — prepared according to the clinical team's recommendations and, where possible, adapted to religious or cultural requirements.
Note: the 21-day prostate and pelvic floor program is outpatient and does not include accommodation; hotel options near the hospital can be arranged on request.
